Eligibility is based on participation in government programs like Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, Veterans Pension benefits, or Tribal programs. You can also qualify based on your income level, if it falls at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Most applications are processed within 20-30 minutes. If additional documentation is needed, it may take 3-4 business days. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and shipping updates for your device.

After your application is approved, your free phone and service package typically ships within 3-4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a federal initiative that provides a monthly discount toward internet service for eligible households. It offers up to $30 off per month, or up to $75 for those living on Tribal lands. Qualified users may also receive a one-time discount on a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
